It is understood that Bobcat Bail bonds may use any means necessary that current and future technology will permit to determine and access my exact location during the term of this bond whenever Bobcat Bail Bonds finds the need to do so without restriction or prior notification of any kind. The location of my position and exact location may be secured by contacting relatives, any and all employers, both past and present, neighbors, landlords, cellular telephone location services, surveillance, or any other means at the disposal and knowledge of Bobcat Bail Bonds. As this location process is in accordance with the accepted terms of my bond, I hold harmless Bobcat Bail Bonds and in no event shall its employees, officers, directors, contractors or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising from their attempts to locate my exact location.
